Feisol 3442

I borrowed this tripod for a couple of weeks to perform these tests and compare to my G1228. The G1228 is a 4 year old predecessor to the now current GT2540, a 4 section 2 Series CF.

Unless noted otherwise, all shots with all 4 tripod legs fully extended, with a recent (early 2008) production M10 ballhead on the stock flat plate. All images shot with stock rubber tripod feet on a slate floor over a slab (no sub-structure/basement).

14-Jun-2008 - Added 7 images, most of which slaughter every sacred cow known to the support world. Don't read too much into that. YMMV, for sure! Mine too, out in the real world. This is what the camera saw, though, so that's what is posted here. See image comments FFI.
