Good use of the fisheye John, cool shots.

I like #3, but would like to see more contrast/texture in the stone wall. maybe even make the boom shadow darker.

I am not a fan of such heavy use of fish perspective. John, please forgive me for sounding like an an old tech joker-crusader (like contrast / IR issues ha-ha-ha, sorry Charlie, but please don't kill me), however N° 2 has its (great) charms. I wouldn't mind seeing it de recto factibus

MrChile- Looked at individually, I like all of these- especially the shot of the one-eared kid.
But I begin to squirm with a series of fish-eye distortion images- IMO they collectively become somewhat "gimmicky."
But as you know, I'm part dinosaur .

Thanks for the input Gentlemen.
Tom, I'd like to accommodate you but there isn't much detail to bring out there. The wall was painted bright white and in the sunlight.

Santiago, you'll have to educate me. When I translated the Latin, de recto factibus, it came out "about guide artificial". Do you mean: Without the fisheye perspective?

I know the fisheye isn't for everyone, but I like it.

I like all of pictures
I just just bought a 16mm f/3.5. fisheye. I am a big fan of the super wide angle

Love the series John. Especially like #3. I also agree with Tom's suggestions for it.

First is my favorite.
Neat to see you playing with the lens and processing.

Great shots...I like the station shots the best.

I ride SEPTA all the time and I recognize some of the venues. Did you get any flack from the SEPTA workers? I was taking pics at Suburban Station (waiting on the ramp for the Trenton Train) with my small S95 last summer and a SEPTA cop ordered me to stop. Lord forbid I show up with a "big lens"...

Market East is probably the best station to shoot of all of them. 30th St is OK on in the Amtrak area.

I haven't yet had a problem shooting at Train Stations, but have heard of others getting told to not take pics. It's probably best to do it during off peak hours.
The fisheye isn't large, so I'm fairly unobtrusive with it anyway.
I think it just makes some of those guys feel like they are doing something important.
Market east is definitely the cleanest and newest looking.
I love 30th Street, but that is probably the most policed, and where I've heard most photographers get harassed.
It's also been in a number of movies.
Thanks for commenting.

Thanks again Rob. Glad you liked the series.
