Downloading issues - Back

1) It is been more the 48 hours and I have not received the actions I have ordered. Why? - Back
If you did not receive an email with download instruction (link and password) within this time frame, it may be because of an email server problem on your end. The link and password is sent to:

- Your Paypal ID (email address) - in the case of Paypal payment
- The email address you entered when filling in the credit card payment form.

If you have problems receiving my emails please provide me with an alternative email address. Contact form.

PS: Keep in mind that International credit cards (non-US) need to be verified before the password and link is emailed. This verification process may take up to 48 hours.

2) How are FM Actions and Plugins delivered and how long does it take? - Back

We currently offer 3 payment options:

PayPal - Immediate download available for Paypal customers:

Make sure your Paypal email address is current in order to receive your order password

USA Credit Card - Immediate download available for US customers:
Credit card option uses SSL technology to keep your information safe.
Make sure that the email address you enter is current in order to receive your order password

Non-USA Credit Card - Download instructions will be emailed within 48 hours after payment is verified

3) When attempting downloading my order I only get the file "deliver.php" or "deliver.htm". What should I do? - Back
You may be using an older "unsecured" version of Internet Explorer.
