1) Are there FM Actions or Plugins compatible with Photoshop 5.5, Photoshop Elements or Photoshop LE? - Back
All FM Actions and Plugins are compatible with Photoshop 6.0, 7.0 or higher. (PC and Mac)
Some actions are compatible with Photoshop 5.0 and 5.5 as well. Read the individual actions page for more details on compatibility.
Currently the below FM Plugins are compatible with Photoshop Elements 1.0 and 2.0. (More are being developed)
SI Pro Plugin,
WP Pro Plugin
And all CSpro Plugins.
*None of the FM Actions are compatible with Elements.
Photoshop LE is not supported at all.

Yes, all FM Photoshop Actions and Plugins have been tested and modified to work with Photoshop 7 and 7.0.1
All FM Actions are also compatible with PC and Mac.
There are separate Plugin versions available for PC and Mac
