terrific. the grey/gold colors and the reflected light on the rocks really work for me. The composition leads the eye perfectly.

Great shot. Just got my 10D and am strugling through on how to use it. Is this picture straight from the camera? I got Sigma lenses with my camera two came in a packaged deal.
You mention preset White Index. What do you mean by that?

Fred, beautiful shot... as usual. I was there earlier in the spring and the mist trail was closed. I took some shots of Vernal from the top and from the John Muir trail but it looks like I'm going to have to visit again soon to get on the mist trail.

Hi Fred, I am looking forward to take some shots with my new 10D. You are a great insporation. I am using my lens from my EOS 500. A EF20-35 Ultrasonic and a 75-300mm ultrasonic with image stabilizer. Are they a good match.
